How Can I Return a Product?
Please send us the reason for the return via email. Our customer service team will provide you with the necessary return address and instructions. Please fill in the goods reserved note with your order number and follow the instructions to return the goods.
What should I do if I just received my shipment and it's broken?
Please forward images of the damaged product, the damaged outer box, and the waybill number on the outer box to our customer service team via email. Our customer service representatives will then assist you with the problem after reviewing these images.
